Some more big speeds... PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 03 December 2007

drivenbywind.jpgWindsurfers are going to strike back !
In preparation of a WSSRC sanctioned record attempt in Southend-at-Sea some riders, including Dave White and Martin van Meurs, managed to get some runs with more than 50 knots peak in.

The best GPS 100m average was set by Martin van Meurs wih an impressive 50.4 knots run, so it seems that the windsurfers can strike back the kitesurfers efforts. We hope to see some more great speeds posted in the next time and also to be able to achieve those speeds in official record attempts.
